As people person, Cathy looks to build relationships with her customers and believes that finding the right home for each and every one is an individual process based on having an in-depth knowledge of their wants and needs.  Cathy goes well beyond a simple transaction of buying or selling a home. She truly looks to make the process a simple yet delightful experience.

Cathy has vacationed here on Amelia Island for the last thirty years with her family and has lived on the island full time for the last five years. She is a mom of three and grandmother of two. She has a passion for the island and truly believes she is living in paradise. In her spare time, she loves to garden, play tennis, cook and take long walks on the beach.
